We are currently seeking an Advance Practice Provider with Critical Care experience to join our team as an APRN Customer Success Associate.

Job Description:

As an APRN Customer Success Associate with a strong critical care nursing and nursing informatics background, you will be a key contributing member of our Customer Success team, ensuring our customers successfully roll out and adopt the CLEW platform in their Virtual ICU or at the bedside. Your role involves collaborating with clinicians and nursing staff to define the optimal configuration of CLEW to meet their needs, providing guidance on workflow design and best practice adoption. You will deliver advanced training and support to clinicians, assist our product, data science, and clinical team with clinical definitions and considerations to enhance our product offering, proactively manage critical client relationships helping our customers increase the value they gain from CLEW solutions, provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, engage with the commercial team in sales and marketing initiatives, partake in various customer-facing and strategic research initiatives, and take actions and responsibilities in clinical validation of new product deliveries and customer implementations.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience at ICU bedside; tele ICU experience is highly desirable. In addition to your clinical experience, you should have a passion for assisting and supporting our customers. We are looking for a clinician who is both clinically and technically savvy – a key measure of your success is customer satisfaction and the value your customer gains from our solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of Clew Medical's healthcare solutions.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals, including nurses and clinicians, in the use of CLEW technology.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with the product/clinical team to provide clinical insight for new deliveries.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed to deliver on-site training and support.

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least ten (10) years of critical care bedside experience required or relevant experience as a resource nurse.
  • Three (3) years' experience in customer-facing/customer service roles for a commercial healthcare software vendor highly desirable.
  • Strong customer engagement and support skills.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate customer data and quantify outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly competent and comfortable using and applying technology to healthcare business and clinical situations.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and terminology.
  • Experience designing and optimizing clinical workflows and practices.
  • Appreciation for data and analytics applied to healthcare.
  • Experience and ability to train both nurses and physicians is critical.
  • Experience in virtual care or telehealth is highly desirable.
  • Experience with clinical surveillance platforms or AI-powered healthcare solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work part-time with the opportunity to convert to full time and travel as needed.
  • Advanced practice degree, certification, or relevant healthcare qualifications.
