Prof. Matot is the Chairwoman of the Division of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine at Tel Aviv Medical Center in Israel. She received her M.D from the Hebrew University School of Medicine, Jerusalem and was a senior anesthesiologist for 14 years at Hadassah Medical Center. Her research focus is perioperative outcome (clinical) and liver perfusion and regeneration (experimental).
